Tsutsujigaoka Kouen つつじが岡公園
Tsutsujigaoka Kouen つつじが岡公園 is a park located at the eastern part of Tatebayashi-shi 館林市 and is famous for its line of Sakura trees as a back drop of the famous lines of Koinobori こいのぼり (鯉幟, Carp flags) at the Tsuruuda river 鶴生田川. According to news article, this year they have 5135 carp flags こいのぼり (鯉幟).
I was 2 days too late as the rain on the previous days have shattered more than half of the Sakura flower petals onto the ground.

The nearest train station is Tatebayashi station 館林駅 of Toubu Isesaki/Sano/Koizumi Line 東武 伊勢崎線/佐野線/小泉線.
