Norway : Tromso
Tromso is city located inside the Arctic Circle, and is located inside the Aurora belt for Aurora Borealis (Northern Lights).
The main purpose of this trip is to observe Aurora Borealis. Unfortunately, the weather is not favorable for observation.
For the 3 days I stayed in Tromso, except around 2 hours, it was either snowing or raining (air temperature was around freezing point).
The end result is that no Aurora Borealis can be observed.
