The school building is actually the remains of Matsumoto Kyuusei Koutou Gakukou (Matsumoto Old Style High School) in Matsumoto-shi in Nagano Prefecture.

Small accommodation located at the south shore next to Seikotei favoured by Onegai Teacher/Twins fans. If you told them you are coming for the Onegai Sites Tour,
you got a special discount (4000 yen per head per night including breakfast). Owner's wife was very surprised at foreigners coming. Many posters, character goods,
and note books placed there by fans.

In real life, it is the Y Shop, located at the east shore of Kizaki Lake, between JR Inao Station & JR Uminogushi Station.
This is Koishi's family shop. Miina & Karen worked part-time here. Owner's wife was very surprised at foreigner coming.
She has a map for fans to mark where they are coming from. I said I was from Hong Kong and is way out of bound of the map.
